First Time Home Buyers
Looking back one of my most exciting experiences in life was buying my first home. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I hope to help others achieve their goals of home ownership as well.

I am a registered Realtor for the Home Program. The HOME Program has been developed to meet the need in the community in assisting moderate income individuals and families in becoming home owners. The program educates participants in the pros and cons of buying a home and goes through step by step what is necessary to buy a home. By completing this program, participants become eligible for down-payment assistance of up to $3,000. As first time home buyers, the whole process of finding a home that fit our budget as well as our taste and needs was very daunting. We are so happy we chose Jennifer to help us through this process.
