River Ridge overlooks Indian Battle Park with direct access to hiking paths. River Ridge is a vibrant adult community that offers its residents countless amenities, including underground parking, a large indoor swimming pool, hot tub, 2 saunas, an exercise room, library, pool tables, community room, craft room, a car wash, guest suites for rent, and more. When you live at River Ridge, you can enjoy the privacy of your room, or if you like, take part in River Ridge’s full social calendar that includes cribbage, canasta, yoga, crafts, bridge, potlucks, catered dinners, and horseshoes. Condo fees include interior and exterior maintenance, professional management, reserve fund contributions, and all utilities except telephone, cable, and internet.
